What is your shipping process for oversized furniture?
We use specialized white-glove delivery services for all our sofas. This includes professional handling, blanket wrapping, and assembly in the room of your choice to ensure your vintage piece arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer restoration services for the items listed?
All sofas are professionally cleaned and structurally stabilized before listing. If a piece requires extensive reupholstery, it will be clearly noted in the product description. We aim to preserve as much original patina as possible.
What is your return policy for vintage items?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Because these are unique vintage items, they must be returned in the exact condition they were received. A restocking fee may apply to cover specialized transport.
Can I see a sofa in person before purchasing?
Our main showroom is located in Chicago and is open by appointment only. If you are unable to visit, we can provide high-resolution video tours and additional close-up photography upon request.
